Mina pappu 1 cup
Senaga pappu ½ cup
Mentulu 2 table spoon
Red chilli 8 no.
Hingu ½ spoon
Method :
Fry all the ingredients in the pan without oil.
Grind to coarse powder in the mixie.
This powder can be used to sprinkle on the fried vegetables.
