Charu Podi ( Rasam Powder )
Ingredients :
Danyalu 100gm
Red chilli 8 no.
Mentulu 1 sp
Miryalu 1 tbsp
Jeelakara 1 tbsp
Senaga pappu ½ cup
Method :
Fry all the ingredients in the pan without oil.
Grind to coarse powder in the mixie.
This powder can be used to make charu.
