Karvepaku Podi ( Curry leaves powder )
Ingredients :
Danyalu 1 cup
Senaga pappu ½ cup
Mina pappu ½ cup
Red chill 10 no.
Dry Curry leaves 3 cups ( karvepaku )
Jeelakara 1 spoon
Hingu ½ spoon
Tamarind lemon size ball.
Pasupu pinch
Salt to taste
Method :
Take a pan and fry the tamarind and keep it aside.
Add all the other ingredients leaving pasupu and salt and fry well for 10 minutes.
Grind all the fried ingredients adding salt and pasupu to a fine powder.
Serve with hot rice.
