Jeela Kara Karam ( Cumin Powder )
Ingredients :
Senaga pappu 2 cup
Jeelakara 2 table spoon
Red chilli 8 no.
Hingu ½ spoon
Method :
Fry all the ingredients in the pan without oil.
Grind to coarse powder in the mixie.
This powder can be used to sprinkle on the fried vegetables.
It goes well with brinjal fry and potato
